LESSONS
Every lesson at Paradigm is taught by an instructor certified after no fewer than 500 hours of rigorous study and apprenticeship in traditional Pilates. This depth of experience gives them the ability to individually assess every client and offer the appropriate exercise prescription to meet anyone’s specific needs and goals. With careful hands-on guidance throughout the fully-equipped studio, each personalized session is designed to elicit balance of body and mind.
CLASSES
Foundational Reformer
Foundations is dedicated to the classical Pilates fundamentals—the work that supports everything else. This class is designed for students who have some experience with Pilates and want to strengthen their understanding of the fundamental work. Whether you’re newer to the method or a seasoned practitioner looking to revisit and refine the basics, this class emphasizes alignment, breath, core connection, and precise movement.
Expect a thoughtfully paced class that breaks down essential exercises and transitions, helping you build strength, stability, and confidence in your practice.
Intermediate/Advanced Reformer
This class follows the classical intermediate and advanced order while leaving room for exploration and a little fun along the way. Designed for experienced students, we’ll move with rhythm and flow through challenging sequences, then play with variations, transitions, and themes that keep the work fresh and engaging.
Expect a dynamic and engaging class that will balance precision with play, encouraging you to refine technique while also expanding your movement vocabulary.
